The Training and Placement Cell of Government Engineering College (GEC), Dholpur plays a vital role in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. Placement Cell as Facilitator

 Regular visits to companies pan India to build corporate relations

 The Placement Cell organizes and conducts Aptitude training, Technical training and soft skills training along with the Tests for the students of Pre Final Year and Final Year

 T&P faculty coordinators who are allocated to students guide them on:

• SWOT Analysis
• They also help students to prepare their CV’s and also to sharpen their technical knowledge before a company process and continue to do so until a student gets placed or achieves his dream job

 The Placement Cell organizes for Aptitude Training and Testing Sessions to prepare students in:

• Logical Reasoning
• Verbal Ability
• Data Interpretation, etc

 Students undergo an Employability Skills Workshop to help them prepare well for the Recruitment drives. The workshop helps students in the following modules:
